The Bog Toad, asleep in his nightcap

Terms

Posted on 15 October 2026

Play the game, enjoy it, and don't copy it or pull it apart. These terms apply as soon as you download or play Five More Minutes.

Someone has written underneath, in green ink:“There is only one of me. Don’t make another.”

Who you're dealing with

What you may do

You may install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own fun. That permission is personal: you can't pass it on. You may not copy, sell, rent or share the game, take out its art, sounds or code to use elsewhere, or remove its credits and notices, except where the law says you can anyway.

Who it's for

Players aged 16 and up. The game has bleeped swearing, which you can switch off in Options, and cartoon violence, including a monster eating the adventurers who wake him.

Purchases and rewards

  • “Remove ads” and tips are bought through Google Play, under Google Play's terms. Refunds follow Google Play's refund rules and your rights as a consumer.
  • Cosmetics earned by watching ads have no money value and can't be sold or traded.
  • Progress and rewards are saved on your phone. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data loses them, unless the game offers cloud saves and you use them.

Ads

The early access version has no ads. From version 1.0 the game shows ads from Google AdMob. The ads and consent notice and the privacy notice explain how they work.

Changes

We may update the game, rebalance it, add or remove things, or one day stop offering it. If that day comes, the copy on your phone keeps working, but updates may stop.

What we can promise

The game comes as it is. We work to keep it running well, but can't promise it will never have bugs or always be available. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as lost progress. None of this takes away consumer rights that the law says can't be taken away.

Credits

Made with the Godot Engine. Sound recordings from freesound.org by potsi, thekingofgeeks360, breviceps, mkzing and michieldbnl. Music by BDS Production. The full credits are in the game, in Options under Credits.

Which law applies

Romanian law. If you're a consumer in another country, you keep the protection of your own country's law too.
